THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND IT PMO LAB
I've spent my career solving the problems IT PMO Lab helps others solve.
I'm Jason Tavernier, founder of IT PMO Lab and a project management leader with more than a decade of experience leading complex IT initiatives, client delivery, PMO operations, and project teams.
My experience spans Managed Services, enterprise technology, and large-scale infrastructure technology implementations. I've led client onboarding projects, managed high-volume project portfolios, developed project managers, improved delivery processes, and implemented automation and executive reporting to help organizations deliver with greater consistency and visibility.
Those experiences shaped how I think about project leadership and PMO improvement: the best solutions have to work in the real world—not just look good on paper.
